Our range of busbars with matching accessories

HORA eTec busbars ensure secure and fast connection of circuit breakers, residual current circuit breakers and other installation devices. All types are available in fork and pin versions and have passed VDE testing. The busbars are finger-safe on all sides in accordance with DIN EN 50274. Matching accessories such as end caps, touch protection and feed-in terminals are also available.

VDE tested quality

All HORA eTec busbars are tested by VDE. As of today there is no unified test standard for busbars. In accordance with DIN EN 61439-1 and DIN EN 61439-6, we have configured test setups for both fork and pin types. Click here for detailed information in the VDE test report.

Other versions with different pitch-lengths, other cross sections, special designs or combinations are available on request. Pre-assembled or by the metre

We supply busbars with different phase sequences in various lengths. You can choose between pre-assembled busbars with pre-mounted end caps and busbars by the metre. The special thing about this: The pre-assembled busbars can also be shortened to the required length. Simply remove the end caps and replace them later.

How to shorten our busbars

Watch our video to see how to correctly cut HORA eTec busbars to length. All HORA eTec busbars are cuttable. Cutting of busbars should only be carried out by qualified personnel using suitable tools and taking appropriate health and safety precautions. For safety reason it is essential that cut busbars are fitted with the appropriate end caps. The end caps can be removed from the preassembled busbars and reattached later.
