We have over 100 years of experience and expertise in the field of electrical components. Since 1919, we have been a supplier to the electrical industry for low voltage power supply and distribution. As experts in this field, we supply to some of the world’s leading electrical and energy companies. Our products are used in building installation, measurement and control technology, industrial automation, e-mobility and in PV and wind power plants, where they ensure the right connection. We are a reliable partner and solution provider. For the success of our more than 300 customers, we rely on well-established structures and a high level of innovation. The Code of Conduct of ZVEI and VDMA is a guideline for compliance with the highest ethical standards in the electrical and digital industry as well as in mechanical and plant engineering. The shareholders of HORA eTec GmbH
The majority shareholder behind HORA eTec is BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft. When the former parent company Leipold Group sold HORA eTec’s legal predecessor, HORA-Werk GmbH, at the end of 2017, BWK acquired 90 per cent of the shares. The remaining ten per cent is held by CEO Dirk Niestrat.
