We have over 100 years of experience and expertise in the field of electrical components. Since 1919, we have been a supplier to the electrical industry for low voltage power supply and distribution. The shareholders of HORA eTec GmbH
The majority shareholder behind HORA eTec is BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft. When the former parent company Leipold Group sold HORA eTec’s legal predecessor, HORA-Werk GmbH, at the end of 2017, BWK acquired 90 per cent of the shares. The remaining ten per cent is held by CEO Dirk Niestrat.
