We are responsible to our customers for the products, their quality and the manufacturing process. Our suppliers play a decisive role in ensuring that our products meet these high requirements. HORA eTec can only maintain its technological leadership in broaching and cutting technology through active, strategic supply partnerships based on long-term reliability.
When selecting suppliers, we prefer to source materials and services from the regional environment, provided they are technically and economically comparable. We expect a comparable level of quality and environmental awareness from our suppliers and service providers. When sourcing semi-finished products and electroplated surfaces, we consider conflict materials as defined by the US Dodd-Frank Act and expect our suppliers to fully disclose their sources of supply.
