We manufacture customised electrical engineering parts
At HORA eTec, we focus on optimising cost efficiency in the production of customised electrical engineering parts. For this reason, we produce around ninety per cent of these customised parts on various production machines at our Indian partner manufacturing facilities. In order to produce small batches cost-effectively, we rely not only on automated manufacturing, but also on semi-automated manufacturing combined with manual processes.

Our joint venture partner in India offers ideal solutions for customer projects where small batch sizes and the associated costs often make market-oriented production in Europe impossible. Services & cross sections
Cross sections: 4 up to 14 millimetres, 2 x 4 millimetres up to 10 x 12 millimetres
Batch sizes: From 10,000 to 10 million units depending on cross section dimensions
Surface treatment: Electroplated nickel, tin, silvering, gild
Materials: CuZn39Pb3, CuZn39Pb2, CuZn40Pb2, CuZn42Pb0, CuZn36Pb1
We support almost any brass alloy depending on the cross section to be machined.
Steel terminals can be manufactured using the punching and bending.
Attachment of silver contacts is possible.
Even large batch sizes possible
Depending on the geometry, we manufacture large batch sizes on in-house built machines at our German facilities or on rotary transfer machines in India. Multi-spindle machines also come into use.
