Many OEM customers have been placing their confidence in us for years. Because we offer total batch size freedom at an attractive price and we are able to produce very small batches of 100 or 500 pieces. We also develop customised solutions to specification for run-down and loosening torque. A special focus is therefore placed on the production of screws for neutral and protective earth rails. Our proven European technology, combined with our long-standing Indian manufacturing joint venture, provides buyers with high quality while keeping prices low.

Production reliability

We manufacture nearly 95 percent of all parts for this market segment in India. The rest remains in our German production. We act not only as a trader but provide added value to our customers in this unique manufacturing mix. German manufacturing backs up Indian manufacturing. In this way, we avoid supply shortfalls in neutral and protective earth rail deliveries.

Quality management according to German standard

Quality control is also a priority for N/PE rails: we have successfully implemented a special test procedure at our Indian manufacturing partner. A camera-based inspection system automatically measures and documents the screw-in depth. Potential production errors are therefore detected at an early stage.
